Info for exhibitors

Thanks for ayour interest in exhibiting at our Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum. We are always looking for new, unique, and interesting participants to join us. Since our partnership with the NB Sprotsmen's Show/Boat show, we have now more space and more services for you. Don't forget, the Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum will be held at the MONCTON COLISEUM.

Here are all the details regarding reservations:

  • Booth rental includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • The Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum will have his own section well identify at the NB Sportsmen's Show/Boat Show.
  • Booth size at the Forum is 10' by 10'; includes only one table and electricity
  • Booth size for association is 8' X 8'; includes only one table and electricity
  • There will be carpet in the alley, not in your booth.
  • Specific booth space is assigned by the show director before the show date. We do our best to give everyone what they want, based on the booth preference and for the best exhibitor mix for the attendees
  • The fly casting aisle will be close to exhibitors
  • Each exhibitor will receive a maximum of three passes per booth for the Forum
  • The cost for commercial use is $200.00 until December 1st
  • The cost will be $250.00 starting December 2nd. Show Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any exhibitor whose account has not been paid in full. The receivning of your payment will serve as a contract between both parties.
  • Cheque or money-order to be made payable to “Dieppe Fly Tying Club”
  • It is free for local NB River associations. Limited to one space only as available
  • The Forum will be held on March 23 to 25st at the Moncton Coliseum. The hours of the Forum are from 12 AM to 9 PM on Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday
  • The Moncton Coliweum will be available for setting up booths on Thursday between 8 AM and 7 PM., and also on Friday morning, between 8-11 AM. Use one of the rear doors of the Moncton Coliseum.
  • In a case of a snow storm, the Forum will be still open
  • There is no refund when a booth is reserved.
  • Members of the Dieppe Fly Tying Club will be available on-site to help you
  • Bring all you need to set-up your booth ( tape, chairs, carpet, background, pamphlet, catalogue, pictures, extension cords, etc).
  • The Moncton Coliseum cafeteria and bar will be open for the weekend
  • The Moncton Coliseum has an ATM machine
  • There is no phone line supply with your booth. If you want to use credit cards for payment, bring a manual machine or contact Aliant for a phone line
  • Exhibits must be ready and staffed 15 minutes before the show opens and be manned at all times
  • Exhibitors will not dismantle, pack or remove any part of their display until the show closes at 5 pm on Sunday
  • Exhibitors may not share their booth space without the express approval of the show director
  • You are not allowed to solicit or put out literature or products in the lobby, in the aisles or anywhere other than your booth. Any exceptions must be approved by show director.
  • Exit doors may not be concealed or obscured by drapes or temporary partitions, etc.
  • Security: You are responsible for your own property! We have security guards on site at all time. Exhibitors, or their agents, should insure their own personnel, their exhibits and their display materials to a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance.
  • The Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum management will not be held liable to the exhibitor, to his employees, or to his guests, for any damage, loss, or injury from fire, water, storm, adverse weather, electricity, smoke, theft, acts of other exhibitors, acts of the Forum center, acts of any governmental agent, or any causes whatsoever beyond the control of The Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum
  • Acceptance of exhibitors is based on several factors: How closely related are your goods and services to fly fishing and the Catch-and-Release ethic? How will your booth enhance the fly fishing only focus of our Forum? Will you work with us to ensure the success of the Forum? And how unique is your product, service, or geographical location?
  • A doctor will be on site at all time and a first aid kit will be available at the entrance booth.
